Every artwork and print is created and packaged with care to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Times

Each order is prepared and packaged by hand.

Ready-to-ship items (such as prints or small artworks) are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Commissions or made-to-order pieces will take longer — I’ll provide an estimated completion and dispatch date when we confirm your order.
If there’s ever a delay, I’ll keep you informed by email.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail (Tracked or Signed-For services).

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Larger or high-value artworks may be sent via a specialist courier for added protection.
If you prefer a specific delivery method, please contact me before ordering.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

UK shipping is typically included or clearly listed for each product.

International shipping is available for select items — please contact me for a quote before purchasing.

Packaging
Each artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent bending or damage in transit.
Where possible, I use eco-friendly or recyclable materials.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Issues or Damage
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact me within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery).
I may ask for photos of the packaging and artwork to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
I’ll do my best to repair, replace, or refund your order depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my work, custom or commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a non-custom item that is faulty or damaged, please contact me to arrange a suitable solution.
